Terms of Shipping and Delivery

  • We use third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to deliver products.
  • Details of the logistic partner will be provided once the product is shipped.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location. Estimated delivery time will be shown on the product page or at the time of order confirmation.
  • We may decide certain locations as non-serviceable, and orders from such areas may not be processed.

Important: You must ensure that the information provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect details.

Delivery TAT and Conditions

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms:

1. Order Confirmation

  • 1.1 Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.
  • 1.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to telephonic or OTP-based verification before processing.
  • 1.3 We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

2. Order Processing

  • 2.1 All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours from the time of confirmation.
  • 2.2 Order processing includes packaging, quality checks, and handover to the logistics partner.
  • 2.3 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping & Dispatch

  • 3.1 Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after processing.
  • 3.2 Dispatch timelines may vary based on product availability, warehouse location, or operational constraints.
  • 3.3 In case of multiple items, products may be shipped separately.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • 4.1 Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

    2–5 working days
    🏡 Non-Metro Cities
    3–7 working days
    🌄 Remote/Rural Areas
    5–10 working days
  • 4.2 Total delivery time from order confirmation is generally 3–7 working days, and up to 10 working days for remote locations.
  • 4.3 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • 5.1 Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Natural disasters
    • Public holidays or strikes
    • Courier partner delays
    • High order volumes during sales or festive periods
  • 5.2 The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors.

6. Shipping Coverage

  • 6.1 We deliver to most serviceable locations within India, subject to courier partner availability.
  • 6.2 Certain pin codes may be classified as non-serviceable or require extended delivery timelines.

7. Tracking & Notifications

  • 7.1 Customers will receive shipment tracking details via SMS, email, or platform notifications upon dispatch.
  • 7.2 It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and ensure availability at the time of delivery.

8. Delivery Attempts

  • 8.1 Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard policies (typically 2–3 attempts).
  • 8.2 If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • 9.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing the order.
  • 9.2 Any additional costs arising from incorrect address details or re-delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

10. Risk & Ownership

  • 10.1 Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
  • 10.2 The company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage after delivery confirmation.

11. Modifications to Policy

  • 11.1 The company reserves the right to modify these shipping and delivery terms at any time without prior notice.
  • 11.2 Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
Decision of Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd. shall be final in all delivery-related matters.
