1. General

We aim to provide the best customer experience to our users from the moment an order is placed until delivery and any return or refund request is completed. While transacting on the platform operated by Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), users can expect a smooth and hassle-free experience for cancellation, replacement, return, and refund of products.

This Cancellation, Replacement, Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions, sets out the procedures and rules governing cancellation, replacement, return, and refund of products purchased through the Platform.

2. Applicability of Policy

By using the Platform operated by Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd. and/or placing an order for any product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. If you do not agree with this Policy, you are advised not to use the Platform or place any order.

Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated Policy shall apply to all orders placed after the changes are published on the Platform.

3. Cancellation of Products

Orders cannot be cancelled once the package status becomes “Out for Delivery”. Users may request cancellation from the My Orders section before the order is dispatched.

Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order provided the order has not reached the “Out for Delivery” stage.

Refund initiation timeline: Refund initiated next working day. Refund will be processed only after successful cancellation confirmation.

4. Replacement Policy

A replacement request may be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery (“Replacement Period”) if:

  • Product is received in damaged condition
  • Product received is incorrect
  • Product accessories or parts are missing
  • Product is defective or not working

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All packages are shipped with tamper-evident seals. If the seal is broken or damaged at the time of delivery, the package should not be accepted. Acceptance of a tampered package may make the product ineligible for replacement.

For replacement approval, the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Original box, invoice, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be available
  • Serial number / barcode must match our records
  • Combo products must be returned as a complete set

We may request:

  • Unboxing video with timestamp
  • Images of the product
  • DOA certificate (if required)
  • Inspection call or visit

Replacement will not be accepted if:

  • Wrong product was ordered by the user
  • Request made after replacement period
  • Product damaged after delivery
  • Product modified or misused
  • Product belongs to non-replacement category

Decision of Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd. shall be final.

5. Return Policy

Return request may be initiated within 7 days from delivery date if:

  • Product is different from description
  • Product is defective
  • Product is damaged
  • Product accessories missing

Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return conditions:

  • Product unused and in original condition
  • Original invoice available
  • Original packaging intact
  • All accessories included
  • Serial number must match

We may request:

  • Unboxing video
  • Photos with timestamp
  • DOA certificate
  • Physical inspection

Non-returnable products include:

  • Screen guards
  • Tempered glass
  • Protective accessories
  • Consumable accessories
  • Any product marked as non-returnable

Return will be accepted only after verification by Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd.

6. Refund Policy

Refund will be processed only if payment has been received by Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd. After product is received and verified at warehouse, refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Refund conditions:

  • Product returned in original condition
  • Original packaging available
  • All accessories returned
  • Invoice available
  • Product passes verification

Refund will be credited to original payment method. No cash refunds will be made.

Refund timeline:

  • Refund initiated within 48 hours after verification
  • Bank / payment provider may take additional time
  • Maximum expected time: 7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrong due to our error. Partial refund may be applied if product condition is not as required.

7. Important Notes

Decision of Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd. shall be final in all cases.
Policy may change without notice.
Users are advised to read policy before placing order.
