Replacement Journey

1. Request Approval & Pickup

Replacement requests are reviewed and approved within 24 working hours. Product pickup is arranged within 48 working hours after approval.

Important Notes

  • Order Handling: In some cases, replacement orders are processed similar to new orders, and standard shipping timelines may apply.

Additional Guidelines

  • Ensure the product is returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
  • Replacement will only be processed after successful verification and approval.
  • Any misuse or non-eligible claims may lead to rejection of replacement request.
Decision of Shiv Dharati Communication Pvt. Ltd. shall be final in all replacement matters.
